When will my online coaching start?

Your online coaching plan will start the following Tuesday from when you made payment.

When do I have to check in & what should I include?

Check-in day is on a Tuesday – unless agreed otherwise with your coach. All necessary information will be asked for in your ‘check in form’ online. Please make sure you include photos.

What is the difference between the IG workouts & the online coaching?

The IG workouts (£15 per month) you will have access to the IG page and everything that comes included with this.

The only coaching, you will have the option to be a part of the IG page for workout videos or you can have a written gym plan. The Online coaching also includes a full tailored plan depending on your goals. Including targets, weekly adjustments, individual calories, macros, weekly check ins, 1-2-1 & group support, as the IG plan doesn’t.

Can I continue the online coaching once my plan has finished?

Yes, you can take a break or continue straight away on to another 8 weeks.

Can I do the IG workouts at any time?

Yes, they are uploaded via IGTV which means you can complete them at any time. You can also pause, play, fast forward & rewind videos.

Can I do the IG workouts / online coaching from home?

Yes, you can do the IG workouts & the online coaching from home or the gym.

What equipment will I need?

No equipment is necessary as home objects can be used. But if you wish to purchase equipment, I would recommend a set or resistance bands (see these on the website) a kettle bell & a set of dumbbells.

Are these plans suitable for any level of fitness?

Yes, all plans are tailored for any level of fitness or capabilities & any age.
