Yoghurt overnight oats
Ingredients:
120g Plain Greek Yogurt
60ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
10g Maple Syrup
20g Oats
35g Blackberries
1 serving Whey Protein (20g)
30g Raspberries
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and whey protein. Stir in the oats.
2. Divide evenly between jars and top with blackberries and raspberries. Refrigerate overnight or for at least eight hours. Enjoy!
